The service
Orbit is a free cloud application for organizing notes and records about companies, vehicles, people, and properties. Features may evolve as we improve the service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to Orbit. You give RECWEB SRL the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.
Acceptable use
You may not use Orbit unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Orbit reliable, but the service is provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Orbit at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk for other users or the service, or must be restricted to comply with law.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Orbit is provided without implied warranties, and RECWEB SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
