The public website
orbit.management does not use advertising cookies, analytics, or contact forms. It stores only your light or dark theme preference in your browser. That preference is not sent to us.
Account information
When you create an Orbit account, we process the information needed to identify and secure it, such as your name, email address, authentication credentials, and account settings. We use this information to provide the service, protect accounts, and send essential service messages.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Orbit requests the standard openid, profile, and email permissions. We use the Google account identifier, name, and email address only to create or authenticate your Orbit account. Orbit does not request access to Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or Gmail.
Content you add to Orbit
Orbit stores the information you choose to add, including notes and records about companies, vehicles, people, and properties. We process this content only to provide and operate the features you use. You remain responsible for the content you add.
How data is shared
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. Data may be processed by infrastructure and email providers that help us operate Orbit, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or disclosed when required by law. Google user data is not shared for advertising or marketing.
Storage and security
Orbit is a cloud service. Data is stored on systems operated for RECWEB SRL, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect it. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data and content while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may request account and personal-data deletion by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data. You may also complain to Romania's data-protection authority, ANSPDCP. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
